Important Announcement
I am sad to say that this summer we will be canceling our inaugural Adventure Camp.  This camp is designed specifically for the adventurous spirit of our older youth – a program I strongly feel is needed in our community.

This camp relies heavily on multiple “out-of-camp” trips & explorations. The uncertainties surrounding travel arrangements, destination availability, and the need to keep our youth safe throughout made it impossible to guarantee a quality program that Big Foot Recreation is known for.

The good news
is this year we are making a number of improvements to our popular Day Camp, one notable is that we will breakout our older youth to run active, age specific activities for their interests.  I encourage you to sign up your kids - they will have a blast!

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our AWESOME day camp, please contact me.

Special Needs Children
We want our community’s youth to have a positive summer experience.  Our day camp is a high activity and group based adventure program. Children that enjoy being “on the move” in a social setting will thrive at this camp.  If your child has behavior, mobility, cognitive, or a medical condition that requires 1 on 1 support, they might not have a positive camp experience.  We are happy to talk with you if we can accommodate your child.  We are also happy to recommend other camps in the area that might be more suited to your child’s needs.

Looking for one of the best summer jobs you'll ever have?! We are currently looking to fill a few staff positions: Camp Counselors; Jr. Counselors; Asst. Director. Please visit our employment page for information.
